The Itinerary: What to Expect

1. Ile aux Aigrettes Eco-Tour

Your adventure begins at Pointe Jérôme with a short, scenic boat ride to Ile aux Aigrettes, a pristine 26-hectare coral island turned nature reserve.

Upon arrival, a trained eco-tour ranger will guide you along a 1.5-to-2-hour walking trail. Step back in time as you learn about the island's intensive habitat restoration. Keep your camera ready—this islet is one of the last sanctuaries for endangered species found nowhere else on earth, including the rare Pink Pigeon, the Mauritius Fody, and free-roaming Giant Aldabra Tortoises.

2. Blue Bay Marine Park Snorkelling

After exploring the islet, we dive into the dazzling underwater world of the Blue Bay Marine Park. Renowned for its exceptional marine biodiversity, this protected reserve features a stunning network of coral reefs. Grab your gear and swim alongside schools of tropical fish, sea turtles, and vibrant coral formations in shallow, calm waters.
