• Domaine des Aubineaux (Curepipe): Built in 1872, this stately home was the first on the island to have electricity. Visit the "Winter Garden," stroll through ancient camphor tree alleys, and discover the distillation of essential oils at the Maison des Essences.
• Bois Chéri Tea Factory: Visit the island’s oldest tea plantation. Tour the factory to see the production of "green gold," browse the tea museum, and enjoy a tasting session at the hilltop chalet overlooking a volcanic crater lake and the southern coast.
